- Report abuse or objectionable content: in the app, open their profile, tap ⋯ and then Report. Or email support@entercardy.com with their username or card link. We review every report within 24 hours.
Common questions
How do I share my cards? Tap the QR button on the Wallet tab. People can scan it with their camera. With your Cardy link on, they don't need the app.
How do I swap with someone nearby? Both tap the QR button, then Nearby. Hold your iPhones together (iPhone 11 or later) or tap their name.
Can Cardy follow people for me? No app is allowed to. Tap each profile to open it in its app, then tap Follow there.
How do I add friends? Sign in with Apple in Me → Settings, pick a username, then search for theirs in People. You're friends once you both accept.
How do I block someone? Open their profile, tap ⋯ and then Block. They can't find you, send you requests or send you their card, and they aren't told. Unblock them in Me → Settings → Blocked People.
How do I delete my data? Me → Settings → Your Cardy Link → Turn Off Link removes your card from our server. Me → Settings → Account → Delete Account deletes your account. See the Privacy Policy.
I bought Premium on another phone. Me → Settings → Cardy Premium → Restore Purchases.
